You can access your completed courses and course certificates from your Greenbeam account.

To find your certificate:

1. Sign in to Greenbeam.
2. Open Dashboard.
3. Select My Courses.
4. Open Completed Courses.
5. Select the course you've completed.
6. Use the Download or Reprint Certificate option.

WithYouWithMe courses are self-paced and do not include instructor-marked assignments. Your completed course and certificate are available once you've successfully met the course completion requirements.

If you're unable to access your certificate or believe it is missing, log a ticket via the ChatBot and include the name of the course you've completed.
