If you cannot access a course, first check:
If you created your account using Google, LinkedIn, or another sign-in method, use the same method when logging back in.
The Login to enrol button may appear if your browser session is not being recognised.
Try the following:
Helpful hint: Multiple open tabs can confuse browser sessions. Use one Greenbeam tab while enrolling or launching course content.
If a course is slow to load or does not open:
If the course still will not load, record the course name, page URL, and any visible error message and log a .
If you need to pause your learning, you can usually return to enrolled courses later through your dashboard or learning area.
Look for a section such as:
Source content previously referenced the path Dashboard > My courses > Enrolled. Confirm the current Greenbeam labels before publishing.
Additional resources for lessons are usually available inside the lesson itself.
Check the Materials tab or lesson resource area for files, links, downloads, readings, or supporting documents.
Helpful hint: Lesson resources may be attached to individual lessons rather than the course homepage, so check inside the specific lesson you are working on.Written transcripts may be available for some courses inside the course content.
If you need a transcript for a specific lesson and it is not available, you may need to request support.
If you're using Google Chrome, you should be able to enable live captions:

If you still cannot access course content, lesson materials, transcripts, or enrolled courses, log a ticket via the ChatBot and include the course name, lesson name, browser used, and any screenshots or error messages.
