Your learning area shows the courses you've completed and helps you keep track of your learning progress.

Depending on your organisation or program, the layout of your learning area may differ.

If you can't find a course you believe you've completed, make sure you're signed in to the correct Greenbeam environment and using the same sign-in method you used when you completed the course.

If you still can't locate your completed course, log a ticket via the ChatBot.
