If you can't move to the next lesson, first make sure you've completed the current lesson.

Many courses require you to click Mark as Complete before the next lesson becomes available.

What to check

1. Return to your current lesson.
2. Confirm you've completed all required activities.
3. Click Mark as Complete.
4. Return to the course and check whether the next lesson has unlocked.

Some lessons won't unlock until the previous lesson has been marked as complete.

If you've marked the lesson as complete but still can't progress, log a ticket via the ChatBot and include:

• The name of the course.
• The lesson you're unable to progress from.
• A screenshot of the page, if possible.
