I'm having trouble logging in

If you're having trouble logging in to Greenbeam, the issue is often caused by using a different sign-in method or accessing a different Greenbeam environment from the one where your account was created.

Check you're using the correct Greenbeam environment

Many organisations have their own Greenbeam environment.

Before attempting to sign in:

  • If you were invited by your organisation, employer, or training provider, make sure you're using the same Greenbeam link that was provided in your invitation.
  • If you're accessing Greenbeam directly, use the appropriate regional platform:

Check your sign-in method

Greenbeam accounts can use different sign-in methods depending on how they were set up.

You may sign in using:

  • Email address and password
  • Google
  • LinkedIn

Some organisations only allow users to sign in with an email address and password. In these environments, Google or LinkedIn sign-in options may not be available.

You must use the same sign-in method that was used when your account was created.

IdeaIf you're unsure which sign-in method your account uses, try the available sign-in options on your Greenbeam login page. If you were invited by your organisation, use the sign-in options provided on that page rather than creating a new account.

If you're using an email address and password

If your account uses an email address and password:

  • Check that you've entered the correct email address.
  • Check that your password is correct.
  • If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot password option to request a password reset.

Still can't log in?

If you're still unable to access your account, log a ticket via the ChatBot and include:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The sign-in method you're attempting to use.
  • The exact error message you're seeing.
  • A screenshot of the issue, if possible.

If your issue persists, log a ticket via the ChatBot.
