If you're missing progress within a module of the Certified Project Officer (CPO) course, don't worry, your progress hasn't been lost.

This issue can occur because of changes to the way progress data is stored. Your learning records remain safely stored and can be verified.

Before you contact support

Make sure you've completed at least one quiz and can see the blue tick next to it. This provides a record that can be used to match your completed progress.

How to resolve the issue

When you've finished the course and are ready to receive your certificate:

1. Confirm you've completed at least one quiz and that it shows a blue tick.
2. Log a ticket via the ChatBot.
3. Include details of the progress that appears to be missing.

The support team will verify your learning records and work with IPM, the course provider, to restore your progress and ensure your course completion can be confirmed.

This issue affects how progress is displayed and does not necessarily mean your completed work has been lost.
