Greenbeam supports different sign-in methods depending on how your account was created.
You may sign in using:
- Email address and password
- Google
- LinkedIn
- Another approved single sign-on (SSO) provider
Always use the same login method you used when creating your account.
For example, if your account was created using Google Sign-In, entering your email address and attempting a password reset may not work. If you wish to change your login method, please submit a ticket via the ChatBot and we can amend this for you.
Tip: If you're unsure which login method you used, try signing in with each option once rather than repeatedly resetting your password. This can help you quickly identify the correct method.
Confirm you are using the correct Greenbeam environment
Some organisations use dedicated Greenbeam environments.
If your profile appears to be missing, does not exist, or already exists, first confirm that you are accessing the correct Greenbeam environment provided by your organisation. We have two platforms that are dependant upon region, one for Australia and one for United Kingdom/EU. The links are as follows:
Attempting to sign in to the wrong environment can cause account recognition issues even when your account exists.
- If you are told your profile doesn't exist, ensure you are on the correct platform.
Tip: If your organisation provided a specific login link or portal, always use that link rather than a general Greenbeam login page. If you're still unsure, submit a ticket and include the URL you're attempting to login to.
Password reset issues
If you requested a password reset but did not receive an email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
- Confirm you are using the correct email address.
- Confirm your account was created using email and password rather than Google, LinkedIn, or another sign-in provider.
If you use a work or government email address, automated emails may be delayed, filtered, or blocked by your organisation.
Verification email issues
Verification emails are normally sent immediately after registration.
If you do not receive the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Check any email quarantine or filtering systems used by your organisation.
- Confirm the email address entered during registration is correct.
Some government and enterprise networks may block automated verification emails.
Tip: Adding Greenbeam to your email safe sender list can help prevent password reset emails from being blocked or filtered in the future.
Registration issues
If you cannot complete registration:
- Check that all required fields have been completed.
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Ensure any dropdown menus have loaded correctly.
- Try a different supported browser if available.
If registration still cannot be completed, the issue may require support review.
Account locked or account not recognised
If your account is locked, your details are not recognised, or repeated login attempts continue to fail:
- Stop attempting additional password resets.
- Confirm you are using the correct login method.
If the issue remains unresolved, follow the instructions in the How to get support article and provide:
