Everything you need to support your team and maintain momentum.
The Manager Dashboard helps you create structured visibility
of your team's capability progress. Use it to see assessment status, identify
outstanding actions, book alignment conversations, and move each team member
toward a clearer, validated capability picture.
This dashboard is not only a report. It is a workflow that
helps managers turn assessment inputs into shared clarity and practical next
steps.
Who can use the manager dashboard
- Managers with access to one or more teams or
departments.
- Managers responsible for reviewing self-assessments,
completing manager assessments, and supporting alignment conversations.
Open the manager dashboard
1. Sign in to Greenbeam. You will arrive on the landing
page.
2. Open the Manager Dashboard.
3. If you manage multiple teams, use the Team/Department
filter to narrow your view.
4. Select the team you want to focus on, if applicable.5. If you cannot see everyone, increase the records per
page.
Review the overview summary
The overview summary gives you a snapshot of your team's current status. It helps you see whether assessments, alignment conversations, and related activities are progressing.
When all indicators are green, the relevant team members are meeting or exceeding the capability requirements for their role. If one or more indicators show outstanding work, use the overview table to find the affected team member and move the next action forward.
Review the overview table
The overview table shows each employee, their role, their manager, and the current status of the steps needed to validate capability.
| What it means | What to do |
Employee/Role
| Lists
each employee and their assigned occupation or role.
| Check
that each employee has the correct occupation assigned.
If incorrect, contact your Customer Success Manager.
|
Team/Manager | Shows the manager connected to the employee. This
will usually be you, but you may also support other managers within your area
of the organisation. | Confirm the employee appears under the correct
manager or team. |
Self-assessment/
Manager
assessment
| Shows
whether the employee self-assessment and manager assessment are complete.
These assessments can be completed at the same time.
| If
either assessment is incomplete, use the action menu to view the next
available step.
|
Alignment conversations | Shows whether the alignment conversation can be
booked or completed. | If blocked, complete the required assessment steps
first.
If incomplete and prior steps are complete, use the action button to view the alignment view and prepare and book the conversation.
|
Potential
assessments
| Shows
whether Culture Fit and Aptitude assessments have been completed.
| These
can be completed at any time. Greenbeam recommends completing them before
building a development plan.
|
Skills gap | Shows capability gap information based on the
assigned occupation and assessment progress. | Treat early values as provisional. The skills gap
becomes current and validated once the alignment conversation is complete. |
Use the action menu
Use the action menu to move each team member forward.
The best approach is to identify the outstanding task for each team member, then use the action menu to complete or prompt the next step.
- If the self-assessment is incomplete, send a prompt to remind the employee to complete their part.
- If the manager assessment is incomplete, open and complete the manager assessment.
- If the alignment conversation is available, book the alignment conversation with the team member.
Potential assessments
Culture Fit and Aptitude assessments can be completed at any time during the process. We recommend completing Culture Fit and Aptitude before building a development plan.
Skills gap
A skills gap number appears once an occupation has been assigned. At first, skills may appear above average or may not yet reflect the full validated picture. The number becomes current and validated once the alignment conversation is complete.
I cannot see everyone on the dashboard
Increase the records per page. Also check the Team/Department filter and selected team.
The correct role is missing
Contact your Customer Success Manager for support. The skill gap depends on the assigned occupation, so the correct role must be assigned before the dashboard can provide meaningful capability gap information.
An alignment conversation says Blocked
Blocked means either the manager or the employee has not completed the required assessment steps. Complete the outstanding assessment first.
An alignment conversation says Incomplete
If the prior assessment steps are complete, the alignment conversation will be available in the action menu.
The skills gap looks wrong or unexpected
Check that the correct occupation is assigned and that the alignment conversation has been completed. Before alignment, skills gap values may not yet be current and validated.
Best approach
Identify the outstanding task for each team member and use the action menu to move progress forward.
