Sign-in doesn't recognise my existing account

If Greenbeam doesn't recognise your existing account when you try to sign in, it's usually because you're using a different sign-in method or accessing a different Greenbeam environment than the one your account was created in.

Check you're using the correct Greenbeam environment

Before troubleshooting further:

  • If you were invited by your organisation, employer, or training provider, make sure you're using the same Greenbeam link that was provided in your invitation.
  • If you're accessing Greenbeam directly, use the appropriate regional platform:

Check your sign-in method

When you created your Greenbeam account, you chose a sign-in method. You must continue using that same method each time you log in.

Common sign-in methods include:

  • Email address and password
  • Google
  • LinkedIn
  • Microsoft or another Single Sign-On (SSO) provider

For example, if you originally selected Sign in with Google, entering your email address and password instead may result in Greenbeam not recognising your account.

IdeaIf you're unsure how you originally signed in, try the different sign-in options available on the login page before creating a new account.

If you normally sign in with an email address and password, but can't remember your password, use the Forgot password option to reset it.

If Greenbeam still doesn't recognise your account after confirming your environment and sign-in method, log a ticket via the ChatBot and include:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The sign-in method you're attempting to use.
  • The exact error message you received.
  • A screenshot of the error, if possible.

If your issue persists, log a ticket via the ChatBot.
