Switching between Manager and Employee views
Jump between managing your own profile and your team.
Steps to follow
1. In Manager view you are able to access all the features you need to manage your teams.
Note: Your menu options may look a little different, depending on your level of access.
2. To manage your own skills and profile, select the "Employee view" button from the top menu.
3. From here you can update your profile, and complete your skill and potential assessments, and build your own development plan.
4. To return to the Manager view, select the "Manager view" button.
